I’m really shocked at how many bother to still use Zendesk as a means of support. I realize they have to be really cheap but at the same time they are really bad!
I was recently put off a service for voice over professionals that switched their support over to Zendesk. I will not name that company, but I let them know to test out the support themselves. It’s rare you get a native English speaking support person. It’s often someone translating their language into another language and it comes out so bad, it makes me want to scream.
Zendesk’s horrible support makes me wonder how many have lost business over it. If your clients can’t understand your support replies, they will move on.
So please before you switch over your real support to cheap support, remember you get what you pay for. Don’t use your business email address and name and do a support ticket. Heck do a few, if you are happy with the results by all means go for it. But don’t jump into Zendesk blindly, you will regret it.
